Is it possible that I could still be pregnant?

yesturday I spotted and today I thought that I had started my period so I put in a tampon well when i went to change it after 5 hrs it only had little brown spotts on it Im suppose to get my period on the 7th but I tend to get it 2-3 days early every month and the fluids from my cervix is creamy is possible that I am pregnant?
