My OB always tells me to put pillows under my bottom side for 15 minutes to make sure it all goes in the place its suppost to. Make your body at a 45 degree angle....Good luck

About two minutes. And my wife and I had twins that way!

Have the wife rest on her stomach with her bottom raised in the air for five minutes. It helps.

you don't they automatically do their own work. yes some comes back out when you get up, but theres a whole lot more that stays and travels, when it is time your body will let you know.

20- 30 mins helps, to increase chances but is not necessary
