Answers:
Many people say that you can't get early pregancy symptoms prior to implantation (6-12 days after ovulation) because this is when hCG (pg hormone) starts to be secreted and the hCG is what causes the early pg symptoms. However, I've heard a number of people who have experienced symptoms (tender breasts, morning sickness, dizziness...) prior to when implantation would have occurred. So, I'd say it is possible, but there's no way to know if you're pregnant with that one symptom. You could have the flu or food poisoning...or you could be pregnant.
Typically, morning sickness that I am thinking of doesn't start that quick. Usually, around 3.5-4 wks pg (2 wks after conception) you might feel like you are getting your period. Sore boobs, cramps. Then you don't get your period. Around 6 wks, morning sickness starts---nausea...etc. However, stranger things have happened. In fact, I suspected I was pg each time...cause I felt very anxious...and sweaty. We weren't trying...just had that feeling. Good luck to you!

I just remembered--right before 4 wks, I got diarrhea for a few days. Nervous stomache-like. My dr said that may have been my hormones adjusting.
Actually I read you could get nauseated after or around ovulation or your period due to raise in Hormone levels....So Might just be that. Be sure you go test around 2 weeks for a baby on the way! Good luck!
