Any type of ejaculate can contain sperm, including preejaculate so just because he "dripped" doesn't mean you can't get pregnant. As far as getting pregnant the last day of your period, anything's possible. You typically ovulate around day 14 if you have a 28-day cycle, so it wouldn't be likely for you to get pregnant on the last day of your period as long as your period just lasts the "normal" length of time (5-7 days) as you wouldn't ovulate for at least another week. But don't discount it as a possiblity. Better safe than sorry, wait at least 8-10 days to test and if it's negative, wait another few days and test again to make sure. Or you can go to your dr. and get a blood test around 8-10 days after possible conception. Blood tests are much more accurate than home pregnancy tests as they can detect a much smaller amount of the pregnancy hormone, hCG, than home pregancy tests.
