Hi,
There is a product call the babystart male sperm count test (also known as fertilmarq male sperm count test). it only tests count not motility. (link below)
someone did suggest using a condom and looking under a microscope - if you do this make sure its a non spermicidal condom.... i know that ing fertility sells a kit for about $12usd for collection.
This is the only way without going to the doc but if you want to be sure and get a true count then you will need to go to the doc.
