TTC question...?

Hi, I'm TTC and I'm wondering how important really is it to elevate the legs etc afterwards? And if so, does it really have to be for 30 min? It seems like if it's going to work, it will work without having to do that? What do you think?

Answers:
I don't think elevating the legs really makes a difference all that much. Sperm are meant to swim to their destination. But if it makes you feel better about it, go ahead and do it!

Secondly, I know a GREAT website for you. It's called www.fertilityfriend.com. It has all sorts of tips and info about conceiving, as well as chat with other people TTC or who have conceived, and you can even chart your cycles on there if you wish.

Good luck!
The idea is to help the sperm out by using gravity to keep them swimming the right direction. When you sit or stand up, gravity naturally brings things back down. About 30 mins... I don't know how long it takes. I've heard at least 20mins.
