How hard is it to conceive with a "tilted" uterus?

I do ultrasounds and let me tell you that nearly all women have some form of a tilted uterus. Some tilt slightly while others are more severe. It would depend on how severely your's is tilted, but as they say nothing is impossible. Just keep trying and if you are having some trouble go see a good ob/gyn doc.

I dont know the scientific or medical answer to this question. However, I have a tilted uterus. It took me one year to conceive my first child and a year to conceive my second. I do not know that my tilted uterus was the reason behind the time it took me to conceive. But the good news is that it is not impossible to conceive even with a tilted uterus. Good luck!

It's a little harder, but do it with your legs up and keep them that way. Its a great position, and if you rest your legs against the wall a few minutes, you will help the little devils swim through the rapids. i have 9 kids and mine is tilted. my daughter got pregnant the first time she tried hers is too.
