if you try to lose weight while you are prego would it be okay i mean i think i am and again i don't?

lets see my symptoms so far are i am just sore but i doubt it though because i have not been using the bathroom gagging or anything esle well i was gagging once or twice or more but not anymore but anywayz i am suppose to be going to the army and i am holding my stomach and everything so what iam asking if i am prego will it harm the baby(which i hope i am not cuzz me and the person i was with broke up last night)

Answers:
If you are pregnant there is nothing you can do...you won't be able to go to basic for the army because they take those tests at MEPS before you actually get on the plane to go to basic...and won't let you in if you are pregnant!
