How long does it usually take women to concieve when taking clomid?

Answers:
First time I took it I got pregnant the first month. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage though.

Second time I took it for 8 months before I conceived again. I was up to 200mg./day. However, during my 7th month ttc, my OB discovered I had endometriosis and removed it. The very next month I conceived on Clomid and had a healthy baby girl.

I am in my 2nd month ttc my second child. I am on Clomid again. My OB said that I am ovulating on it, so my dosage wasn't increased. However, this month I will be using an ovulation kit in addition to charting my bbt to know exactly the day I ovulate. My OB told me to stop having sex after day 10 of my cycle to build up my hubby's sperm and then have sex the day I ovulate.

I have 4 friends that have taken it & the longest one was 4 months. It usually happens pretty quick on that stuff.
