10 DPO and cramping next to exercise?

I am about 10DPO give or pocket a day. On Tuesday, I started working with a personal trainer, not for immensity loss, but just to feel better and get hold of back in shape...I enjoy gotten lazy since I got married = )
I own been cramping all morning and although I am sore everywhere, these are emphatically AF type cramps and very noticeable. AF isn't due until June 3. Is within any danger of me hurting myself during the 2WW by working out? I work out hard 3 days a week and contained by between those days I am supposed to run or bike for 30 min. My trainer is a nurse and knows I am TTC and said he would make sure I wasn't over doing it. I be just wondering what the possibility of hurting myself was.

Answers:    Hey I be wonering where you were! I hadn't see ya on here in a while.
I don't thik it is a bad notion to work-out while in the 2WW. Especially if you have a personal trainer who is looking out for you. Anyways I, too, am 10 DPO and took a experiment today...BFN. ( Yeah it bums me out)
Hoping to hear you have good report next week.
Working out will not hurt while ttc or while pregnant. Of course during your pregnancy your workout routine and level will obligation to change accordingly. I wouldn't verbs. Also sometimes when you start working out AF can be thrown off a little. So it could be coming untimely. But lets pray it is implantation.

I got AF on Saturday so it is rear legs to the specialist this week. I am going to ask about doing accupuncture as well.
No, exercising is fine, and even impelled while TTC. Your trainer knows your status and has probably devised a workout only for your situation. I wouldn't worry about it at adjectives. Plus, maybe the cramping is your uterus saying, "Hey, what is this foreign intention trying to implant in my walls!!??" :) Good luck. (I'm going on for 4 days behind you) I work out regularly too. From what I have read, it is solitary "excessive" exercise. I didn't understand what "excessive" meant, so I dug further. I found if you are running more than 10 miles a week afterwards that is probably excessive.
Are you on clomid or anything? I am and I felt my ovaries throughout ovulation and adjectives the way until my period. So that might be what it is.
Even if you're not, your cramps shouldn't be any to really verbs about. Unless you miss your period and your hpts articulate negative. That is when I would worry.
Hi, I'm no expert or anything, but i own read that when you exercise you can get AF sooner than normal that have happen to me before. hope this help I think if i was you i would make tracks the training until you know you are pregnant and then just do natural workouts with not much stress. You dont want anything to happen
working out if you would be come pregnant will not hurt the child! It most likely will help! 3 days a week is honest. And maybe for the next 4 days don't do it so knotty! Make sure to test when your period is due! I be pregnant this past month and didn't test positive until my interval was due! At 9, 10, & 11 dpo, I was so disappoined but in actuality was pregnant! Just to soon! Hey good luck and still pray for you. Hope it will be this month for you! babe dust....too you..
