Two friends walking their dogs, one a Labrador and one a Chihuahua, want to stop in a bar and get a drink. They decide to go in separately and tell the barkeeper they're blind so he'll let them take the dogs in the bar. First the guy with the Lab goes in.
Barkeeper says, "Hey, no dogs allowed in here".
"But he's a seeing-eye dog - I'm blind".
Bartender says "Oh, sorry, it's fine then".
After a few minutes the second guy walks in.
Barkeeper says, "Hey, no dogs allowed in here".
"But he's a seeing-eye dog - I'm blind".
Barkeeper says, "Whatdya think, I'm stupid? They don't use Chihuahuas for seeing-eye dogs!"

To explain: the second guy thought fast, pretended not to know the dog was a Chihuahua because, obviously, he was "blind" and had never seen it. Part of the humor is the guy thinking fast, part of it is the absurdity of even a blind man not knowing the size of his dog!
