I was on depo for one year and got off in 2002 we have been tiring to conceive for 4 years with no luck help?

My doctor did an HSG which is a test where dye is shot up the fallopian tubes to see if they are open. Mine were bent or twisted and the dye took a long time to get through. He then squirted again to clear out the tubes. Some doctors don't know that you can squirt again to clear out the tubes. I got pregnant the next month.

go to the clinic or hospital and see if you are fertile. check his sperm count, see what options are available to you for artificial insemination.

Have you seen a doctor? Getting some tests done can help pinpoint the problem. sometimes the depo can stay in your blood stream for up to that amout of time or it can make you sterile

i wonder how long you took the shot. I was on it for about a year and it took me 18 months after my last shot to get preg

1st talk to a Doctor
2nd you can get an Ovulation test at any drug store now they are a little expensive but they will tell you when you are ovulating
3rd have your Hormones checked to see if everything is ok then relax because if you do fret about any of this that is just going to make it just that much harder ... Best Wishes ...

wow 4 years! .. i tried for 5 and that was without having been on any brithcontrol before. lol
each person goes through their own trials, i would suggest getting ahold of a obgyn and repoduction specialist, this is the step i took. and keep in mind if you dont like the results, or the answers you are getting, you are allowed to find another doctor!
when i first went, the first thing he did was took blood. he checked for all kinds of things with this simple blood test. from it we discovered the reason for my trying and trying and getting nowhere was because i had what is called PCOS. so from there he medicated me for that, also did more blood work to see if i was ovulating or not. it turned out i was but my body wasnt releasing the eggs it was producing. with time and medication and my doctors listening ear, i am now (a year and a half after starting the whole thing with my doctor) pregnant with twins, into my 4th month and everything is going perfect. this was without any fertility drugs...

reena My hearts went to you!! Like the others say, you can use ovulating kits available at pharmacy and check with your doctor. I would suggest that you can try for traditional herbs which you can purchase from any Malay traditional shops in Geylang. You can ask from the shop owner that you want herbs to strengthen the womb. You hv to take it for about 3 mths cos to stabilise and strengthen the womb. Remember, DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!! cos herbs are very heaty and in the meantime, have alot of sex and enjoy it. Don't put pressure on yourself or yr hubby. Put your trust in GOD and good luck.
