i would say yes, there is. BUT, most arent much different than the symptoms of an expected period.

N PMS differs frm each individual. Most common one is mood swing and bloatedness from the stomach Early signs: Tender/heavy feeling breasts and being very, very tired.
I also felt like I had the flu, just queasy in the stomach.
