nope he won't even start to pull it back until he is 3 years feeble then you will need to show him how to verbs it back just a bit for cleaning during bathtime but other than that it shouldn't be forced back because that can do wreck. It won't pull back adjectives the way until he is a teenager. He only simply holds the penis like any other boy to pee.
