Why is my 4 year old getting pimples?

Heat rash or food allergies...which my daughter has.
I use Vaseoline and Prevex to clear it all up.

it might be the candy or the sodas and acidic juices. The orange juices cause alot of pimples, you should go half and half on the water and the juice when you give her juice
A child can pimples at any age. Dirt...oil....not washing face during bath time. Dont pop these. The skin is too delicate. They will go away. If you want to cleanse her skin use something very mild. I like Cetaphil.
Just keep her hands clean and try to keep her from rubbbing dirty fingers all over her face

She probably has eczema try running some hydrocotisone ointment on it.E45 maybe.Take her to the Doc if its really bugging you but don't pop them.
