what are normal blood sugar levels for a toddler of 1year?
Answers:
60-100 mg/dl or 3.3-5.5 mmol/L
everyone's normal range is 70-120 if tested on a common blood glucose meter or by blood work.
It will certainly peak after eating and may even be low in the am but not serious if the overall avergae is 70-120.
If you think your child is diabetic ask the doctor to test for BG and explain why you feel this way. A Parent is the best indicator of a problem so don't drop it unless you feel confident by the test and the doctor's comments.
