My son's 3rd b-day party will be @ a firehouse. What kind of kid-friendly food can I serve without oven/micro?

Party is on a Saturday from 11-1p. I would also love to know what kind of party games/activities I should do.

Answers:
Vienna Sausages (mini-hotdogs in a can) and Chips, pack a cooler of sodas and juices. And whole pieces of fruit that the firemen can help them peel if they will volunteer to do it... My kids won't eat fruit very well.. but if a fireman peeled it for them they would.

Do pin the hat on the fireman. Ring the hydrant with hoops.
Do face paintings to look like a Dalmation. Jump rope contests with the hose. And relay races with the kids doing the stop drop and roll, putting out a fire(a lit candle they must blow out)..and sliding down the pole (if there is one in this building)

Other Answers:
Order pizza.

Simple and Easy
hmmm...jello. kids love that (kids like me! :D...well kid at heart) you can get a bunch of fruit and make it into a pretty display and the kids can use toothpicks to take them and eat them. games...marco polo? you can try twister also.
cupcakes
O.K. well, how about ordering pizza, or McDonalds or something. Like, Kentucky Fried Chicken??
fruits, salads and sandwiches but you will need fridge. fast food is garbage and NOT for kids.
Keep it simple PEANUT BUTTER and JELLY a big hit with the lil ones lol make them shapes if you wanna get creative useing cookie cutters.. And as far as the games go well, try to hava candy hunt inside the building using wrapped candy big enough for them to see well but (hide it easy)not right out in the open.. twister is good for those who are learning there feet and hands with the colors.

Go to the store, and get a bag of Rita's, or similar brand of Italian meatballs. Simmer them on the stove at home in spaghetti sauce. Then put them in a crock pot, and bring some rolls along. Once you get there plug the CP in, and the kids can either have meat balls, or meat ball subs.

I'd also suggest the other typical favorite crock pot dishes, like little wieners in BBQ sauce, or shredded beef.
you could order pizza or to make things simple you can bring: finger sandwiches, mini hot dogs, chips, and if kids arent allergic peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. to drink you can bring juice boxes and milk/water
lunchables are great and kids love them. they come in the form of snack size to a whole "box lunch" type meal. i think some even have a beverage. good luck!
for a game you could use water pistols with balloons that they could shoot at fill them with just enough water so that they will stay still then have them shoot them to see how many they can knock down befor the water runs out of the gun
Hey there, I'm not sure if this will help you that much but I found a site that gives recipies for "healthy" food for kids parties.
