Trying to Get Pregnant... :)?

Hello everyone, my husband and I are trying to have a baby, and this was our 2nd month of trying, I get to take a test on Saturday to see if we concieved... but I don't feel pregnant.... I don't have any symptoms except very mild cramping and that could be due to my period coming next week (possibly, hopefully not) I was just wondering how long did it takes some other women to get pregnant, and if they had immediate symptoms or not.... I want this to be a surprise for my family and friends so we haven't told anyone we are trying so I don't have anyone to talk to, and I just wanted some stories to relate to.... I thank you so much for your time!!!!

It seems like the more you try to get pregnant the more it turns into a job. I know from personal experiances my first pregnancy was concieved in the first month me and my ex were together (BAD experiance!) and our second we moved in together the end of June and by July 4th of last year we concieved again. Unfortunetly both those pregnancies were lost due to miscarriage! My first pregnancy at 5 weeks along and my second at almost 12 weeks along. We never tried again after the 2nd loss but i do know that before both my losses I tried forever for a child. I could never concieve. It just all depends on the woman! I didn't know I was pregnant (I didn't worry about the period cause I'm irregular) until I started getting sick evey morning, I didn't even think anything about it until someone said "you're pregnant" so I checked and, what do you know, I was, I was 8 weeks along. So, I probably started getting sick at about 6-7 weeks along, no other signs I knew of anyway.
