Is there a chart out there that can help preschoolers tell you how they feel?

There are charts like at the hospital that have different faces. You could also make your own chart and get stickers for the child to put on there.

Go to the teacher's supply store, they sell stuff like posters that have facial expressions with words underneath to teach children feelings.
well you can do it the old fashioned way and ask the child where it feels icky or you can go out and do like the other woman said trust your child and your intuition
