daughter with lice?
Answers:
You have to let the parents know.. And they have to let any other kids parents know.. You also have to let anyone know that your daughter has been in contact with.. If you don't tell them, and they don't know.. They won't clean it up.. If they don't clean it up, next time your daughter and her friend play together they will just get it again.. and believe me it will be a vicious cycle.. You have to tell them... You could very easily just say " I just found that my daughter has head lice, I'm not sure if she contacted it from one of the girls at the party, but I just wanted to let you know so you can check your daughters hair... This way you're not placing the blame but just informing them...
And make sure to let your daughter know that this dosent mean they are dirty.. Lice usually settles in clean hair!! It's an awful thing to have and will probably make your daughter feel shamful... so explain to your daughter why you have to tell them, or else she will just get it back at school!!! Good luck.. I've dealt with this.. It's not fun! I'm sure the other parents will be understanding!

I wouldn't tell the parents that your kid got it from their kid, just tell them that you noticed the lice after she got back from the party. It could have been from any kid there. All the parents of the kids that were at the party should be advised, so that they can check their kids, just in case. This way you're telling them without sounding accusing.
I would tell your daughters friends parents that she has lice and she got it from the birthday party. Don't blame just her friend for having lice, it could have been anyone at the party. Just inform the parents so they can look at there kids hair and inform the other parents at the party. Well you are not really positive that Ur daughter's friend gave it to her i have 3 kids and my oldest is 17 so i know .I have 2 girls
and they got i from daycare , but it is a good thing just in case they don't know to be aware to look for eggs in her hair it is nothing to be scared of i was pissed off when i first found it on my girl but it happens dont be so hard on the friend it might have been one of the other friends
Just be sure to wash all bedding and dont use the brushes and pony tales
i dont think you should do that because all you need to do is take care of the lice and get it over with you should go over and tell that mother to be more careful though
