Is it normal for a 4-5 year to be whiny and possessive..?

I have a 4-5 year old girl that can be sometimes a litttle obsessive about things, and constantly cries since she started jk? I guess i just need a little reassurance that this is normal. From everything i read it seems it is, but i cant help but feel its not.

Yes its normal. We have to learn to share and play fair, we are not born knowing how to do this.
