what activities should I do with a preschooler?

Answers:
Buy child size brooms, mops, and housekeeping tool so they can help clean. Set up a sink full of soapy water (or get a water table for outside). They can wash dishes, dolls, clothes...hours of fun. Have them help with meals (wash vegis, cut them up, make a sandwich, set up a picnic in the backyard). Have them help in the garden (watering, digging, finding worms, cutting bushes with small scissors, planting seeds) They can make a nature collage with things they find outdoors. They can put on a show (charades, skits, act out a story). Play hide and seek. Playdough, paint, draw, tracing, collaging. Make bubbles! Play freeze dance! Get magnets! Follow the leader! Legos! Anything that develops independence, concentration, coordination, and self-esteem! Check out http://www.montessoriservices.com http://www.enchandedlearning.com Have fun!

go to the park, its fun and it tires them out
teach them pre school at home. When my kids were that age i orded a kit called brighter visions learning adventures. It was a pre school kit for parents who want to "homeschool" their pre schoolers. We had so much fun learning and doing the activities, and they looked forward to their kit every month. While it gives you fun and enjoyment , not to mention the bonding with your child, it also prepares them for kindergarten.
