Child modeling programs?

I've been told by several people that I should get my daughter into pageants and modeling. She is 3, very beautiful, and loves getting pictures taken. Is there a company in Washington state that does child modeling? I don't want it to be rigid and strict, I will only do it if it is fun for her and she likes it.

It Starts off Being Fun , Then Before You Know It , You Will Start Taking It Very Serious , They Will Promise Your Daughter The World. Please Be Careful On Who Is Taking The Photo,s And Never Leave Such A Young One Alone With The Photographer. Never Sign Anything With Out A Lawyer Reading It First. And Be Very Picky Who Is Your Manager. That's The Best Advice I Can Give You. Good Luck To Your Daughter And You. Peace.
