you can give your 2 year old powdered milk but it will have no effect on how long or well he sleeps

sorry it is a common myth :)

no
You should not be giving your child anything but whole milk until the age of five years. If you can find whole milk in a powdered form, then that would be fine but I have only ever seen it in 1%.

Sleeping disorders are most likly not connected with what type of milk that your child drinks. But eating habbits and napping habbits could. Try eliminating any naps that your child is taking during the way, and avoid feeding your child right before bed time.

Your best bet is to contact your childs doctor so you can give a more detailed description of what is going on with your child. They will help you figure out what steps you can take to improve your childs sleeping habbits.

Good luck.
