It's illegal to NOT put a toddler in a car seat. You may be a smart driver, but there are a million stupid people on the road! People who don't realize the harm it may cause.Even if your a exactly drive you don't know who else may be behind a wheel.
Those who either have no respect for the law, have a few hundred dollars to pay for the fine,those that don't love their kids enough to protect them, or are completely ignorant to the fact that an accident can happen to them at any time.
