Bake cookies shaped like surf boards. You can make a cookie cutter by drawing a surf board shape on a piece of cardboard, then lay that on the dough and use a paring knife to cut the shape. After baking, decorate with colored frosting to make it look like a surf board.If you want to get more creative you can make lots more shapes with cardboard cut-outs - seashell, sail boat, seah horse, sand shovel, etc. Dehydrated fruit makes great snacks for kids. It's good for them and it's sweet so they love it. And not much mess involved ;}
