I have a real problem with my 4-year old can someone please help me?

My youngest son is 4 and he still poops his pants on a daily basis! I have tried everything and I am desparate for advice! Am I a bad mom is it my fault? My oldest son did not have this problem at all. Also, his 12 year old uncle did this until around 6 months ago. I am so afraid that he is going to do the same thing! His uncle is 12 and under 5 ft 2 in and weighs 260 pounds and is very defiant. My son is also going down the path to being heavy he is around 10 pounds overweight and wants to eat constantly. I do not criticize him about his weight he is just a child but I am worried that he is heading down the same path of his uncle. What do I do??
