First of all, they "rule" for kids parties is invite as many kids as their age. Have 2 little friends over so she doesn't feel overwhelmed. No games- really, they don't even understand games yet- give them all a paper to color of what their theme will be. Then after they color, you can have your pizza or cookout to eat. Sing some songs, or have a mini puppet show. Do the cake and ice cream thing then presents- send them home with small favour bags. Simple.
Well just invite her family and maybe a few kids and have cake and stuff like that it doesnt need to be big she wont remember it
