How safe is it to use a suppository for my son?
Answers:
If he has a middle ear infection, don't you think he needs an antibiotic?
How would this problem be concerned with a suppository?
Diclofenac sodium is merely an anti-inflammatory drug and a pain killer.
Does he have infection in the ear canal as well?
You could mail me on joshi_goa@sancharnet.in for a faster response, if you need one. I'm a Paediatrician, after all!
i dont think so because just like with laxitives they tell your system that it does not have to move the waste out because the suppository will do it. Your son needs to develop the muscle control to do this on his own and using laxitives will not help him and may cause more damage ahead!
