Time out ...

Get a "time out" chair and timer ... Put in the corner where there's no TV or toys in reach ...

Put him in the chair when hes in trouble and tell him he can not get out of the chair for 2 minutes (2 years old 2 min - 3 years old 3 min ... so forth) IF he gets out of the chair tell him he has to sit for 1 more minute (I keep going and eventually my 2 year old had to sit for 15 minutes til the timer went off)

After the timer goes off, Ask him "Do you know why you had to sit in the chair?" If he says No, explain to him. If he says yes and explains to you and just simply say "Are you going to do it again? And if you do, we'll put u back in the chair for 2 minutes" something like that ... My daughter HATED the chair so much that her trouble days were over within 3 - 4 months!

One thing, if he throws a fit or tantrum at a restaurant, market or at the mall, if you have the guts, drop everything and say we're going home because you are not on your best behavior ...

I don't believe in spanking because I think it does not work at all ...
If he has no fear, that's a big problem. See a doctor.
