My daughter is 9 months old. She can crawl but she can sit and cries wen i sit her down. Is this normal?

yes my eight month old daughter does the same there is nothing wrong with her she just wants attention.Dont forget its very frustrating for them as all they want to do is walk she will soon be up and about dont worry.
Mine is the same way. I've consulted many doctors and physical therapists. everyone says she's fine. she needs to be entertained and distracted so she'll spend more time on the floor.
