what is a good bed time for a 19 month old?
Answers:
When my son was that age I put him to bed around 7 or 8, it is good to start a routine, like maybe around 6:30 have bath time then read a story and then it is time for bed, if he gets used to this it should work. My son is 3 now and stays up a little later but we have a similar routine and it works very well. Kids seem to like consistancy.

Anytime.
Between 7:00-8:00 (If the child takes longer to fall asleep, then try closer to 7:00)

I work in a daycare classroom for 12-20 month olds so I have an idea what their sleep schedules are like at home too. We have a six month old and she goes to bed between 8 and 9
My daughter is 21 mos and goes to bed between 6 and 7 and sleeps until about 7am. Toddlers need all the sleep they can get and I read in Parents magazine that there is a study that shows that kids who get adequate sleep at night have better brain function than the ones who are sleep deprived. Don't know if it's true or not, but I sure hope it is.
THEY PICK WHEN THEY DO OR DONT GO TO BED I DONT THINK U HAVE NE CONTROL OVER IT WATS SO EVERi put my kids to sleep when they were that young about 8:30 pm really a 19 month don't have a bed time that why you never let them nap or let them do it for 30min. and wake them up that way they will be sleep at night time

my mom a doctor& i take care of kids
The important thing is to develop a consistent schedule. I like to have the kids in bed at least a couple hours before my wife and I retire for the night. This way we can have some valuable time for ourselves. And whatever you do, don't get in the habit of having your kids sleep in your bed with you.
In my opinion it's 4 o'clock but diced what you want good luck.Source(s):

well my dd is now 15 months and goes to bed at 7pm. Sometimes she will talk for a bit bit she eventually falls asleep. she used to go to bed around 8pm when she was younger. 8:00 pm or if the baby does not sleep well try playing till 9
I'd say between 7 or 8. At that age my Goddaughter would have quiet time from 7:30-8 and then in bed at 8!
Whatever works for your baby and you. If you put him to sleep at 7 or 8 and he wakes up like at 4 and you don't need to wake up until 5 then try later. I think that you shouldn't base your decision on other peoples children, since all children are unique it should be whatever works best for y'all.I would say between 8.00 or 9.00. Between 7-8pm and once in the afternoon for about 2 hours .....
n they will usually sleep for an hour around 9-10am
