My 2.5 year old has a canker sore??
Answers:
I'd try calling his pediatrician to see what they suggest. You can also try strait vanilla extract, it seems to help. If you can't get a hold of the pediatrician over a weekend, just try calling a local urgent care center, they may be able to recommend something for his age.

try ice to numb it
try putting some peroxide on a q-tip a couple of times a day try taking him to the doctor please
you should definitly take your little one to the Doctor because it could get worse.
the best thing thats ever wrked 4 me was gargle warm water mixed wit a lil bit of table salt...tell him not to swallow it( if he does...o well, it wont hurt him)...it just doesnt taste the best so who would want to drink it. use about 1/2 teaspoon of salt wit a cup of warm water...that should do the trick . this will help =)Source(s):
