Help!!! A bad smell that won't go away?

Please help, I've tried all I can think of. My 1 year old has a VERY sensitive gag relfex and he chocked on a piece of bread and vomited in his stroller at a resteraunt. So when we got home, i used a whole bottle of clorox wipes to wipe all the rest of it out that I couldn't get out with the cheap napkins at the resteraunt. I've sprayed it with Febreze and Lysol 4 times now and it still smells like vomit. Does anyone else have a better idea to get rid of the smell? Please help!

I have 6 children and ALWAYS keep a bottle of Odoban around . let me tell you its very promotable for us Moms YES INDEED!!! Wash the area with warm soapy water (I recommend using Tide) let dry then spray with the odoban it'll be good as new!
take it outside and wash it like you was your car , with the hose and soap and water.
