Yes it is, he is still a male. Baby boys even get erections when you are changing them or bathing them. I have 2 boys and trust me, as a mom I got freaked out until my husband explained it to me.

yes it can be caused by pressure from the bladder or stimulation, such as wiping during diaper change or even clothing rubbing it, anything that may touch his penis
