How much TV (or videos) does your toddler watch?

my 4 year old watches about 2 hours a day. My one year old will watch about 20 min. before getting bored. That is pretty much my limit for TV.
My 3 yr. old gets about an hour in the morning and an hour or two in the afternoon. I see nothing wrong with television watching. My pediatrician will talk until he is blue in the face about how terrible it is. We've been told that the kids should have no more than 30 minutes a day!! I'm sorry but that is just stupid.
We home school. My kids are active in sports. They play outside. They are both very advanced for their ages. If they want some down time to watch cartoons then they can have it. Right now they are upstairs, working together, and setting up a train set they have. It is nice out so they'll probably play outside. But later when they want to watch tv, they can.
My baby sis watches Discovery kids and The Fairy Oddparents only . She watches it only when we want her in the room and we don't want to be behind her. BTW she is 1 1/2 years
