My daughter lays with her poo?

We're having problems potty training our daughter, she's 2 and a half months old, shes just not midly interested. But the problems have escalated in recent months, she was telling us when she had poo'ed, now she doesn't and the only time we know shes filled her nappie is when we smell it, randomly check or she puts her hand in it. The other problem is that she tends to poo when shes gone to bed, most nights she goes straight to sleep, others she doesn't, on some of these nights I've gone upstairs to check on her and have found poo wiped on the wall, its not nice, and its especially annoying as her room has been recently decorated. Please help!
