@ what age is it crusial to start a schedualed bedtime?
Answers:
I put my child on a schedule as soon as he was sleeping through most of the night. Right now he is 19 months old and has been going to bed at 8:30 everynight since he was 4 months old! I would have to say its crucial to start ASAP because the longer you go without a schedule, the harder it is to get them to go along with it. My son also takes his afternoon naps everyday at 12. His feeding is scheduled and pretty much everything is scheduled and he's gotton it down very well! He knows when it is bedtime, he gets his bear he sleeps with and when I put him in the crib, he goes to sleep within 5 min of putting him down (same with naptime) I would start the schedule soon and be consistant! If you give in once, you are going to have to start all over again! Hope this helps, and you will enjoy when your child has a scheduled bed-time because it will make slowing down at nights easier for the both of you!

By the time your child enters school, whether it's head-start, preschool or kindergarten, they should have a set bedtime.
i started with a schedualed bedtime the day my son came home from the hospital. he goes to bed at 9
you're child should be starting a scheduled bedtime once they've started sleeping through the night or by the time they are 18 months.
i would say as soon as you can. if you are asking, then it is probably about time. just pick a few things that you are willing to do everyday for the next 10 years, and then start. don't do anything that you are not willing to do EVERYDAY!! it may sound stupid, but sometimes some parents pick these big long routines that they don't want to stick with and that can be confusing to the kid. good luck and it can be soooo fun!!
I think age 5 is a good age. Thats when there reasoning starts developing and they start applying some concepts.
i would say straight away but the times will change as they get older my son is 2 and he goes to bed at 8
it's crucial before they start school because they will need to be getting enough sleep and be getting up at about the same time everyday. So, if your putting them in preschool 3-5. It's recommeneded to start bedtimes as soon as they come home from the hospital because it will be easier on you and prepare them for later so they don't have to change and adjust they will already be use to it.
As soon as you can... the sooner the better.
