My 3 year old doesn't wipe himself properly in nursery?

Can anyone offer any advice please. My little boy has just started nursery & on many occasions has come home in rather a mess. I would like some advice as I am affraid to ask at the school as they stipulated that all kids had to be fully toilet trained before they started there.
Any tips please?

have a word with the nursery as they should be wacthing him
and helping him its there job :0)
my son has just started potty training and when he goes to nuresy they keep forgetting to help potty train him i have to ring every other day asking them to help him as it is setting him back and he is getting sore with wearing nappies

My four children mastered this at different ages. Every child is different. I would tell the school he is toilet trained but needs a little supervision to make sure he is cleaned up fully. If they can't do this small thing for a child, I'd reconsider if you want to send him there. Of course, keep working with him to get that clean piece of paper.
