Is this to expensive for child care???
Answers:
I pay $250 a week but it's a really nice daycare and they teach spanish, etc. I think it really depends on how many other kids you plan on having. If you're only going to have 3 or 4 kids I think you're too cheap. If you're going to have 15 I think it would be too expensive. And that you are insane.

No. It is good.
no,it is actually a fair price, i heard most places charge up to 190 per week, i believe between 125 and 1 40 is reasonable asking price. I personally do not have kids but I am familiar with babysitting and I think that is a great rate. When you break down the numbers and think if someone does drop their kid off at 6 a.m. and not pick him/her up until 6 p.m. that is obviously a 12 hour day. Well say 12 x 5 (days a week) = 60 hours a week for that one kid. At 60 hours and a $125 a week that is less than $.50/hour for you. Totally reasonable in my opinion!
it depends on how many hours the child will be there and if you have to pick the kids up from school or take them home.
Is that full time? Seems pretty cheap to me...I live in CA, but still, you're at just over $3/hour. Seems to me that you'd need to have your home full in order for this to be reasonable wages for yourself. If I was nearby and had kids, I'd bring 'em to you, for sure!
I live in Alabama and I pay $112.00 a week for daycare. This isn't an in home daycare it's more of a preschool. Are you planning to "teach" the children instead of just keep them? If you are going to actually be educational I think it is a good deal. The going rate will vary in different locations and according to what services are provided but that sounds quite reasonable possibly even low.
Call around to different daycare centers and ask what they charge per week for one child. Then make a decision from that. (Just act like you're trying to decide on a daycare center for your kid.)
Around here, there are only 2 daycare facilities and they both charge $250-$275/week. Parents provide meals. So you're sounding pretty reasonable to me.
that is really cheap i would pay 202 a week for my 5 month old to go to day care thats why i stay at home Is an ok price but what ages cause Here in el paso texas, they charge in average from 60 to 70 dlls for toddlers and prescholers and for babies 70-80 after school programs run from 45 a week so it depends where u can do is call different daycare and ask like you are getting information and what do they offer.
That my dear friend is the best price I have ever heard of!
I live up in Flint and there are places that charge more than that!1 at my center in new hampshire we charge $150 per week for infants and toddlers and that doesn't include food.
