worried about my babys feet?
Answers:
I believe you are referring to talipes (aka club feet). It really depends on the degree of clubbing that is present. In mild cases the feet will look near normal after treatment with manipulation (casting, etc.) In severe cases surgery is required to correct the deformity.
Either way, eventually your child should be able to walk normally. And with proper treatment they should never completely return to the way they were before.

Good Luck!

If your doctor is pleased with how the procedure went and you follow his/her advice about therapy and exercises after the cast comes off then all should go well for your baby. Make sure you go to all your follow up appointments on time so if there is any sign of the feet returning to their incorrect position the doctor can so something about it immediately.
