Why dos my three year old still wet her pants? HELP!!!?

I have five children: 16, 7,5,4 and 3 years old.
I really shouldnt need asking, but I dont understand why my youngest still sometimes makes weewee in her pants.
She is usually clean, but about once a week she fails ( and she is "clean" like this since a year now!!!)

Why does she not get the hang of it?

And dont tell me the attention seeking story, because that just wouldnt fit, trust me.

Could it be medical though? Or do some children have it difficult?
All the others were perfectly clean with two years, so whats the problem?

She has accidents everywhere, it can be at home, at a friend, in Kindergarden or at night. SO it cant be excitement either.

Please give me a good reason, please!

Thank you

I still have a problem w/ my 4 year old daughter. I can feel your pain! The only reason that I can think of is sometimes maybe she just forgets to go? OR maybe since she is the baby of the family, she wants to stay that way.

According to my daughter's daycare, all kids have accidents. My daughter was trained at 23 mos but occasionally had a pee accident until she was 3.

Some kids get really involved in what they're doing and don't pay attention to their bladder. Other kids think they can hold it longer and put it off and put it off and then can't hold it long enough to get to the potty.

You can ask her if her pee hurts, but if it doesn't she just might need time to not have accidents.
It takes different children a while to get it down packed. They will have accidents sometimes.I don't think you have anything to worry about, because she is still very young. If you are terribly concerned talk to a doctor to rule out medical problems. My niece had a lot of accidents, and when it was time for her to began school, the problem persisted. Her doctor said that it was a weak bladder, and that she would grow out of it.As she got older he gave her something to help make it stronger,it helped, but she still had accidents until she was 12 years old.
