Im still trying to potty train my 3 yr old, the only thing that seems to work is bribs, so stock that candy jar or buy little toys that they can earn by using the potty.

when i was in preschool i never drank my milk so they made it a competition between me and the kid beside me.... i wasn't a very competitive kid but i at least drank my milk... maybe you could make it a challenge to both of them to use the potty before the other one, sorry i don't really have details for you... good luck though seriously! sounds like you're gonna need it! Have a talk to the parents, because it needs to be consistint at daycare and home.. you can do everything you can, but if no one is reinforcing it when theyre not there your efforts go dowm the toilet.
