well if your son is into sports play flag football or soccor one of these sports. it is a very interactive sport if he is hyper he will love it

Play anything that helps with development. But don't put her infront of a TV or computer. Interact with her and she will learn to play at your speed. Although being hyper is just how kids are. Let her be a kid.
