I have another potty training question you all?

I bought my son some waterproof trainers and a potty because I thought he was about ready to potty train. Sometimes he would take his diaper off the second he wet it. I'm just letting him go at his own pace right now, because I don't want rush him, but I can't get him to even try on his training pants and if I ask him about using the potty he just screams. Do I give him a little push to get him started or do I just keep asking him and let him just do it when he wants to?

Answers:
He may not be ready yet. Give him a couple weeks off, then try to prep him by reading him potty stories and encourage him about being a "big boy". Reintroduce him to the potty in a month or two and see if he's ready. He obviously doesnt like being wet, so that's an indication he's beginning to get ready. Good luck.
Don't push it, he will soon resent the potty and you will have a hard time in training.
