I have a sitter for my child and she called me at 11.00 pm to say she cannot watch my child, should I be mad?

Things happen. It's okay to feel mad about it, but sometimes it can't be helped. I've been in the same situation. Maybe she was just hoping her own child would get better enough so she could watch yours, and it didn't happen... Who knows. But you should try to find other arrangements, or at least someone willing to watch her for you on short notice like that. (easier said than done, I still haven't done it, but I did register her in a day care for when I need it, but you are right, they don't just take them the day you need it)
Well I guess you'll have to make other arrangements...like a regular day care perhaps....something more reliable.
