HELP! my near 2 year old son is extremely bored, I dont have a car so we cant really?

go anywhere, and the buses suck and are always packed and slow. We have played cars,drove cars (power wheels) read books, colored,played tag and hide and seek, watched some tv...but this stuff is getting boring, I need some new ideas that arent messy.

Set up a routine: at 10:00 AM we do this; at 10:30 AM we do the next thing, and so forth. Be creative. Mix indoors with outdoors if you can. Simply playing with other kids is great. Not only does it take up lots of otherwise alone time, it's great for socialisation. Also, ensure meals, and bathroom, and bedtime occur at regular hours. Children need structure in their lives and ordering their day will help give it to them. It also gives you structure, and lets you substitute activities in and out as likes and dislikes develop.
