Help!!! My daughter is peeing in the potty really well, but she has not pooped in the potty yet! Help!!!?

My girl did the same thing. Finally, I stopped buying diapers. We counted down how many poops she could do still in the diapers, and when it got to 3,2,1, I kept telling her "only 2 more diapers, then you have to use the toilet..." When we got to the last one, that was it. She tried to go a day without pooping, but then she finally accepted it and went and that was it. The first girl was so much easier to train...
Good luck!

Be patient. It will come soon enought. Continue to give her love and support. It will happen when SHE is ready
Mine does the same thing. We've tried bribery, flattery, and anything else we can think of. Since she wears pullups at nap and bed, she just waits til then and then poops. It is incredibly annoying - especially since she's almost 4. She will when she's ready.
tell ur daughter to send it to the poo poo relatives!!!! or if she goes for a week youll get her somthing or the ultimate biggie (tell her shes gonna have to clean herself if she poops in her pants!!!!!)
give her timeMaybe ur trying too hard to make her do it.
Some kids poop their pants when they are 12 or more yrs old.
It may be a psychological thing that neither you or her are able to figure out.
I would suggest a child therapist if you are really worried about it.....she may be ok with #1....but scared to death of #2
Next time YOU go....take her with you....and show her what you did....and make it a fun thing !!!!

Just remember....if she needs to poop....no matter when or where....she will do it.....and the least threatining place will determine the "where" part.
My child had the same problem, so I read the book "Everyone Poops" & it really worked. Don't ask my why, maybe she just understood it better. Then my friend was having the same problem with her kid & I told her to buy that book & it worked for her too. You can find it on Amazon.com. Hope this helps.:) hope this works for you it did first time for me i put my son on the potty and he loves to imitate everything i do so i sat beside him and grunted and told him to do the same thing he did and guess what he pooped the first time i probably looked like a fool but it worked for me he has not had a single poop accident since
Keep praising her for trying. As soon as she realizes that by doing this she will get rewarded, she will come around and most likely be able to use the toilet for both types.
I think pooping is hard for little guys! We would take off the boys underwear(and let them run around comando) when it got around to the time they usually pooped so then they could feel when they had to go. There wasn't any security of a "diaper feel". We would also ask them to take "poop breaks" where they tried to poop and we would praise them like crazy for trying. When they finally pooped in the toilet we praised and praised and praised! :) We never scolded for accidents!--they're a part of life! Just praised the behavior we wanted to see! Some kids are a little freaked out with the idea of pooping in the toilet. My sister's son refused to do it in the toilet and would insist on a diaper. I have you thought about getting her some storybooks that talk about going to the bathroom. I believe there is a book called "everybody poops" it's supposed to be funny for the kids and help elevate any fears they have. If that doesn't work you could take the sticker approach. You can give her a chart and every time she does it in the bathroom she gets a sticker to add to the chart and when she fills it up she can have a trip to the store to get a special prize. The muscles that you use to poop are diffrent than the muscles to pee it takes longer to be able to use those muscles on command, just be patient. I always sat mine on the potty with a favorite book to read and encouraged them between pages to try to poop. we had to sound funny grunting and straining... and laughing!!!!!
