5yo having "accidents"?
I've tried having him in pullups, removing rewards, even offereing rewards for going to the toilet... to no avail... HELP!

It is not unusual, but I know it is frustrating for you. Just be patient with him and please don't punish him. He may be nervous about something. Has he just started school or anything very new to him. Maybe he is having anxiety. Whenever my son did those type of things at that age, there always seemed to be something new going on. Like before he began kindergarten, everyone was asking him, "Oh, are you excited about going to school?", and I was doing it to him too and guess what, he kept wetting his pants or pooping his pants, until I realized what was going on and I began to tell my friends and relatives not tomention school to him anymore, and the accidents stopped. Square biz. Keep extra undies on hand (in the car) and pack a bag of pants with underwear and leave at school for him. Keep down the embarassment for him. This will pass.
maybe hes at the age hes imbarressed .
OR it could be if you had another baby, thats his way of getting attention
