My daughter keep taking her nappy off, sign of potty training?

Today my nearly 2 year old daughter has been taking her nappy off all the time. I have noticed small wet patches on my carpet and wondered what they were and where they were coming from, i checked her nappy and it was hanging of, then later i went to change her nappy and it was off and down one side of her leg, she has been taking them off. Do you think its a sign of wanting to be potty or toilet trained? I have tried potty training her not long ago, she used the potty once but had no luck after that.

She is most likely uncomfortable wearing it. Tell her that the next time she feels like taking it off, she should tell Mommy and that you will show her what to do.
